Factory Eatz

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Factory Eatz on Frost Avenue. The fish and all the dishes were seasoned impeccably! The large portion was delightful! With each bite, I felt as though I was in a heavenly experience. Harps playing…angels singing! I was unable to finish my meal and had to share some, but I highly encourage everyone to support Factory Eatz! I will certainly be returning as a regular patron!

I wanted a place to grab some food on my lunch break, so I stopped in at Factory Eatz and got a chicken Philly. It was freshly made and very delicious. They put more than enough meat on my Philly and fries were delicious too. I had to go back and grab a Factory Box with 2 cheeseburger sliders, cheese fries and 2 wings with factory sauce. And yes it was delicious too, All very affordable. This place is beyond amazing and Black Owned. I will return to try other items on the menu.

Grabbed food from this place Saturday night for dinner (7/12/25). The chicken was so good! Also loved the fries and onion rings. Nice people. Will most definitely be back! Nice hot and fresh food!

Hello, you guys. I was excited to write this review and have a solid 5 stars! The staff was amazing and greeted all prospective dinners. I had gotten the factory wings, and it comes with fries. That was the best combination I have ever had - a perfect blend of dry rubs and sauces, spice, and sweet. The fries were fresh and hot, and for me, the greatest thing was that it wasn't super salty. The fries to me are a lot better for a person who doesn't like overly seasoned fries. It goes really well with the sauces. I have many seasoning allergies, but I was happy to find that their food did not cause any issues! This is a 10 if I can rate it out of 10. I would recommend it for everyone and 100% will come back again! I hope for them to get more successful so they can open up more locations in high traffic areas!

I had a great experience at Factory Eatz. From the moment I walked in, the music created a calm vibe, and I immediately felt welcomed. My wait wasn’t long at all, and I really appreciated how quickly my food arrived. I ordered the Chicken Philly, sweet and spicy wings , and fries w the ranch dipping sauce of course , and everything was fresh and served hot. The flavors were spot on, and I left feeling completely satisfied. Definitely recommend checking this place out!

The food was sooo good! I will definitely be here again. It was fresh and the crunch on the fish and chicken was like no other. It was giving home made vibes.

I’m from out of town and was looking for local food. I ordered the cheeseburger and then I also ordered 6 wings. I’m not really big on French Fries. However I couldn’t stop eating the fries. The cheeseburger was awesome. However those wings, I’d get them every time. Id come back to Missouri for those wings. Thank you for great, local food. Also, I would’ve added photos, however, I ate everything.

Factory Eats delivers every time. The burgers, chicken Philly, and steak Philly are all legit—fresh, flavorful, and well-made. Solid spot with great service, and the whole team is super friendly. Easy five stars.
